| I. Background | |

CD36 是一種跨膜糖蛋白，屬于B類清道夫受體家族，廣泛表達(dá)于巨噬細(xì)胞、脂肪細(xì)胞、心肌細(xì)胞、血小板等多種細(xì)胞表面。它的主要功能包括識別和轉(zhuǎn)運長鏈脂肪酸（參與脂質(zhì)代謝與能量供應(yīng)）、介導(dǎo)巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）從而促進(jìn)泡沫細(xì)胞形成（動脈粥樣硬化的關(guān)鍵步驟），同時在免疫應(yīng)答中識別凋亡細(xì)胞和病原體。CD36 功能異常與脂代謝紊亂、胰島素抵抗、心血管疾病及阿爾茨海默病等病理狀態(tài)密切相關(guān)。
