| IL27RA（Interleukin-27 Receptor Subunit Alpha，又稱 WSX-1 / TCCR），定位于人染色體 19p13.12，編碼 I 型細(xì)胞因子受體家族成員。它與 gp130（IL6ST）組成功能性 IL-27 受體復(fù)合物，結(jié)合 IL-27（EBI3+p28）后激活 STAT1/STAT3 信號通路，主要表達(dá)于 T 細(xì)胞、B 細(xì)胞、NK 細(xì)胞及抗原呈遞細(xì)胞。 生理功能上促進(jìn)初始 CD4? T 細(xì)胞向 Th1 分化，同時抑制 Th2 和 Th17 反應(yīng)，參與抗感染免疫（如胞內(nèi)菌、病毒）及抑制過度炎癥，也與某些自身免疫病和腫瘤免疫調(diào)控相關(guān)。 | |
