| IL27RA（白介素-27受體α亞基）是由9466號基因編碼的I型細(xì)胞因子受體。它主要作為IL-27的受體，需與gp130分子共同形成復(fù)合物，才能向細(xì)胞內(nèi)傳遞信號。 在功能上，IL27RA是TH1型免疫應(yīng)答的關(guān)鍵調(diào)控分子，通過激活STAT1和STAT3通路發(fā)揮作用。它還作為神經(jīng)保護(hù)肽Humanin的受體，參與神經(jīng)元的保護(hù)。近年來的研究表明，IL27RA在多種疾病中扮演雙重角色——它既能抑制炎癥性皮膚病，也可能在肝細(xì)胞癌等腫瘤中促進(jìn)癌癥進(jìn)展。 | |
