| 食蟹猴（Cynomolgus monkey）的CTR（降鈣素受體）與RAMP1（受體活性修飾蛋白1）形成的復(fù)合物，是高親和力的胰淀素受體AMY1。其核心功能是作為降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽（CGRP）的經(jīng)典受體，在血管舒張等生理過程中發(fā)揮作用。RAMP1能改變CTR的配體特異性并輔助其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至細(xì)胞膜，使得該復(fù)合物不僅能結(jié)合CGRP，對(duì)胰淀素也具有高親和力。在食蟹猴中，該復(fù)合物在硬腦膜動(dòng)脈的平滑肌和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞上均有表達(dá)，參與偏頭痛相關(guān)藥物的靶點(diǎn)研究。 | |
