| Canine CTR(犬降鈣素受體)與RAMP3(受體活性修飾蛋白3)形成的復(fù)合物,是Amylin(胰淀素)受體AMY3的一種。CTR本身是一種B類G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體,而RAMP3作為重要的輔助蛋白,能改變CTR的配體特異性并輔助其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至細(xì)胞膜。與CTR/RAMP1復(fù)合物相比,犬CTR/RAMP3形成的AMY3受體對(duì)CGRP(降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽)的親和力相對(duì)較低,但在cAMP信號(hào)通路激活等功能上仍扮演重要角色。 | |
