| Canine CTR（犬降鈣素受體）與RAMP3（受體活性修飾蛋白3）形成的復(fù)合物，是Amylin（胰淀素）受體AMY3的一種。CTR本身是一種B類G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體，而RAMP3作為重要的輔助蛋白，能改變CTR的配體特異性并輔助其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至細(xì)胞膜。與CTR/RAMP1復(fù)合物相比，犬CTR/RAMP3形成的AMY3受體對(duì)CGRP（降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽）的親和力相對(duì)較低，但在cAMP信號(hào)通路激活等功能上仍扮演重要角色。 | |
