小鼠CTR（降鈣素受體，Calcitonin Receptor）是由Calcr基因編碼的B類G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體，在不僅是降鈣素的內(nèi)源性受體，還能與RAMPs蛋白家族成員結(jié)合，形成對胰淀素（amylin）和CGRP等配體具有不同親和力的多種受體復(fù)合物。 小鼠CTR的藥理學(xué)特性與人類受體存在顯著差異，其對不同配體的選擇性較低，表現(xiàn)為一種“廣譜”特性。 |
