| IL10RA（白細胞介素-10受體α亞基，又稱CD210）是IL-10受體的特異性配體結(jié)合鏈，主要表達于免疫細胞表面。其核心功能是與輔助亞基IL10RB形成受體復合物，識別并結(jié)合抗炎細胞因子IL-10，通過激活JAK1/TYK2-STAT3信號通路抑制巨噬細胞和T細胞的炎癥反應，在維持腸道免疫平衡中尤為關(guān)鍵。IL10RA基因缺陷是導致極早發(fā)性炎癥性腸病的確切病因，具有常染色體隱性遺傳特點，其基因多態(tài)性與白塞病等自身免疫病易感性相關(guān)。 | |
