| I. Background | |
| IL10RA（白細(xì)胞介素-10受體α亞基，又稱CD210）是IL-10受體的特異性配體結(jié)合鏈，主要表達(dá)于免疫細(xì)胞表面。其核心功能是與輔助亞基IL10RB形成受體復(fù)合物，識(shí)別并結(jié)合抗炎細(xì)胞因子IL-10，通過激活JAK1/TYK2-STAT3信號(hào)通路抑制巨噬細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞的炎癥反應(yīng)，在維持腸道免疫平衡中尤為關(guān)鍵。IL10RA基因缺陷是導(dǎo)致極早發(fā)性炎癥性腸病的確切病因，具有常染色體隱性遺傳特點(diǎn)，其基因多態(tài)性與白塞病等自身免疫病易感性相關(guān)。 | |
