| EpCAM（上皮細胞黏附分子，CD326）是一種I型跨膜糖蛋白，主要在上皮細胞中表達，參與細胞黏附、增殖、分化和信號轉(zhuǎn)導。在多種上皮來源的腫瘤（如結(jié)直腸癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等）中常呈現(xiàn)高表達，因此被廣泛用作循環(huán)腫瘤細胞（CTC）的檢測標志物和腫瘤靶向治療的潛在靶點。此外，EpCAM的胞內(nèi)段可被γ-分泌酶切割后進入細胞核，調(diào)控與細胞周期及增殖相關(guān)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄。 | |
