| I. Background | |
| EpCAM（上皮細(xì)胞黏附分子，CD326）是一種I型跨膜糖蛋白，主要在上皮細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，參與細(xì)胞黏附、增殖、分化和信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。在多種上皮來源的腫瘤（如結(jié)直腸癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等）中常呈現(xiàn)高表達(dá)，因此被廣泛用作循環(huán)腫瘤細(xì)胞（CTC）的檢測標(biāo)志物和腫瘤靶向治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。此外，EpCAM的胞內(nèi)段可被γ-分泌酶切割后進(jìn)入細(xì)胞核，調(diào)控與細(xì)胞周期及增殖相關(guān)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄。 | |
