Kv1.3 是一種電壓門控鉀離子通道，主要表達(dá)于 T 淋巴細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞和小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞等免疫細(xì)胞中。它通過調(diào)控膜電位和鈣離子內(nèi)流，直接影響 T 細(xì)胞的活化、增殖及細(xì)胞因子分泌。Kv1.3 在效應(yīng)記憶 T 細(xì)胞中高表達(dá)，已成為治療多發(fā)性硬化、銀屑病、類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎等自身免疫疾病的重要藥物靶點。此外，該通道也參與神經(jīng)元興奮性調(diào)節(jié)和炎癥反應(yīng)。 |
