| I. Background | |

ERG（ETS-related gene）是ETS轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族的重要成員，主要在內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞中高表達(dá)，是維持內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞身份、血管穩(wěn)態(tài)和抑制炎癥的關(guān)鍵調(diào)控因子。其功能喪失會(huì)誘發(fā)內(nèi)皮-間充質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化，與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、肺纖維化等疾病相關(guān)。此外，ERG基因融合（如TMPRSS2-ERG）是前列腺癌最具特征性的分子標(biāo)志物，也見于尤文肉瘤和急性髓系白血病，在腫瘤診斷中具有重要價(jià)值。 |
