TRPM8（瞬時(shí)受體電位 M 型通道 8）是一種冷敏感離子通道，主要表達(dá)于感覺(jué)神經(jīng)元，可被低溫（如 8–28°C）、薄荷醇及冰素等天然化合物激活。激活后允許鈉、鈣離子內(nèi)流，產(chǎn)生動(dòng)作電位，介導(dǎo)冷覺(jué)感受、冷痛及清涼感。此外，TRPM8 也參與調(diào)節(jié)炎癥反應(yīng)、膀胱功能及某些腫瘤（如前列腺癌）的增殖與遷移，是疼痛與溫度感知的重要分子靶點(diǎn)。 |
