激活素(Activin)屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β(TGF-β)超家族,是由兩個(gè)β亞基通過二硫鍵連接而成的二聚體糖蛋白。在哺乳動(dòng)物中,共有四種β亞基基因,分別是 INHBA(編碼β A)、INHBB(編碼βB)、INHBC(編碼βC)和 INHBE(編碼βE)。這些亞基通過同源或異源二聚化,形成多種激活素成員:主要包括激活素 A(βA-βA)、激活素 B(βB-β B)、激活素 AB(βA-βB),以及功能研究相對較晚的激活素 C(βC-βC)和激活素 E(β E-βE)。 |
