G-CSF(粒細胞集落刺激因子,Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor),又稱 CSF3,是一種由約 174 個氨基酸組成的糖蛋白。它主要由單核細胞、成纖維細胞、血管內皮細胞及某些基質細胞產生,在機體炎癥和造血調控中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。在細胞因子家族分類中, G-CSF 屬于造血生長因子家族,更具體地歸屬于集落刺激因子家族,該家族還包括 M-CSF (巨噬細胞集落刺激因子)、GM-CSF(粒細胞-巨噬細胞集落刺激因子)以及 Multi-CSF (即 IL-3)。 |
