| OVA 基因（Ovalbumin）是雞卵清蛋白編碼基因，分子量約 43kDa，含 12269 個(gè)氨基酸，為免疫學(xué)與腫瘤研究的核心工具。其表位如 SIINFEKL 可激活 CD8+ T 細(xì)胞，用于構(gòu) 建穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)胞系評(píng)估 CAR-T/TCR-T 療效及疫苗免疫應(yīng)答。OVA 四聚體技術(shù)可精準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)抗原特異性 T 細(xì)胞，在腫瘤免疫監(jiān)測(cè)、表觀遺傳調(diào)控（如 DNA 甲基化）及胚胎發(fā)育研究中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，是精準(zhǔn)免疫醫(yī)學(xué)的重要實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。 | |
