| I. Background | |
| CEACAM5（癌胚抗原相關細胞黏附分子5），也就是大家常說的癌胚抗原（CEA），是由CEACAM5基因編碼的一種糖蛋白。 它在正常的成人組織中表達量很低，但在多種上皮性腫瘤（尤其是結直腸癌、胃癌、胰腺癌和肺癌）中會顯著高表達。由于它容易從腫瘤細胞表面脫落進入血液，所以血清CEA水平是臨床上廣泛使用的腫瘤標志物，主要用于癌癥的輔助診斷、療效監(jiān)測和復發(fā)監(jiān)測。在功能上，它作為細胞黏附分子參與腫瘤細胞的黏附、轉(zhuǎn)移和免疫逃逸，因此也是一個重要的治療靶點。 | |
