| EGFRvIII是表皮生長(zhǎng)因子受體（EGFR）最常見(jiàn)的胞外區(qū)突變體，由EGFR基因外顯子2-7的框內(nèi)缺失（共801個(gè)堿基）導(dǎo)致，造成胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域267個(gè)氨基酸的刪除。這種結(jié)構(gòu)缺失使其無(wú)法與任何已知配體結(jié)合，卻具有低水平的組成性酪氨酸激酶活性，且因內(nèi)吞和降解受損而信號(hào)持續(xù)存在。 | |
