| IL1RAP（Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein，又稱 IL-1RAcP），位于人染色體 3q28，編碼 IL-1 受體輔助蛋白。 它與 I 型 IL-1 受體（IL-1RI）形成異源復(fù)合物——IL-1α/β 先結(jié)合 IL-1RI，再招募 IL1RAP，共同介導(dǎo) MyD88→NF-κB 和 MAPK 信號通路激活，是 IL-1、IL-33 及 IL-36 家族信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)所必需的"共受體"，缺之則 IL-1 信號無法有效傳遞。 除炎癥免疫作用外，IL1RAP 在惡性血液?。ㄈ缏运柘蛋籽?CML、AML）及部分實體瘤中異常高表達(dá)于白血病干細(xì)胞表面，是目前靶向白血病干細(xì)胞和 IL-1 通路相關(guān)疾病的熱門治療/診斷靶點。 | |
