| IL22RA1（全稱 Interleukin 22 Receptor Subunit Alpha 1，白細胞介素22受體α1亞基）是位于人染色體1p36.11的Ⅱ型細胞因子受體基因，編碼IL-22功能受體的特異性結(jié)合亞基。 它主要與IL-10RB（IL-10受體β鏈）組成異源二聚體受體復(fù)合物，特異性結(jié)合IL-22后激活JAK-STAT（尤其是STAT3）信號通路，主要在上皮細胞、皮膚、腸道及肝臟等屏障組織表達，促進上皮細胞增殖、組織修復(fù)和抗菌肽產(chǎn)生，維持黏膜屏障穩(wěn)態(tài)。 IL22RA1信號具有雙向性——生理狀態(tài)下保護屏障并促進修復(fù)，但其異常活化與銀屑病、炎癥性腸?。↖BD）、某些腫瘤進展及代謝性疾病相關(guān)，是目前炎癥與自身免疫病治療的潛在靶點。 | |
