| IL11RA（白介素-11受體α亞基）是由3590號基因編碼的I型細胞因子受體。它是IL-11信號傳導(dǎo)的關(guān)鍵受體，需要與gp130分子共同形成復(fù)合物才能向細胞內(nèi)傳遞信號。 IL11RA在顱面部骨骼和牙齒的正常發(fā)育中發(fā)揮重要作用，其功能缺失可導(dǎo)致顱縫早閉及牙齒發(fā)育異常綜合征（CRSDA）。在疾病方面，IL11RA參與心臟纖維化、胰腺炎及腫瘤耐藥等過程，近年已成為骨肉瘤CAR-T治療的潛在靶點。 | |
