| SORT1基因編碼Sortilin蛋白，是VPS10相關(guān)Sortilin家族的重要成員，在細胞內(nèi)主要扮演“分揀受體”的角色。它的核心功能是將特定蛋白質(zhì)從高爾基體精確轉(zhuǎn)運至溶酶體、內(nèi)體或細胞表面，同時還能與proBDNF等關(guān)鍵分子結(jié)合，介導(dǎo)神經(jīng)元凋亡等信號傳導(dǎo)過程。在臨床層面，SORT1基因的表達水平與血液中低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）濃度及心肌梗死患病風(fēng)險顯著相關(guān)，是脂質(zhì)代謝和心血管疾病研究中的重要關(guān)注點。 | |||
