| NPR1(利鈉肽受體1,又稱GC-A)是一種鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶偶聯(lián)受體,主要在心血管系統(tǒng)中表達。 作為心房利鈉肽(ANP)和腦利鈉肽(BNP)的主要受體,NPR1被激活后能催化生成cGMP,從而擴張血管、降低血壓、促進排鈉利尿。 NPR1在維持心血管穩(wěn)態(tài)中起核心作用,其功能障礙與高血壓、心肌梗死等疾病密切相關(guān)。 | |
