TNFR2（腫瘤壞死因子受體2，CD120b）是腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員，編碼基因 位于人類1 號染色體1p36 .22 區(qū)域，編碼439 個氨基酸的單程跨膜糖蛋白。其核心特征為 在免疫抑制細胞（如調節(jié)性T 細胞Tregs、髓源抑制性細胞MDSCs）及腫瘤細胞表面高表 達，而正常組織表達受限，通過與腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）結合激活NF-κB、MAPK、 PI3K/Akt 等信號通路，介導細胞存活、增殖及免疫調節(jié)功能。
