| I. Background | |
| CCR4（C-C趨化因子受體4，CD194）是一種主要表達(dá)于Th2型T細(xì)胞、調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞（Treg）、巨噬細(xì)胞和血小板的G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體。其特異性配體包括CCL17（TARC）和CCL22（MDC），介導(dǎo)免疫細(xì)胞向炎癥或腫瘤微環(huán)境的遷移。在多種血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤（如成人T細(xì)胞白血病/淋巴瘤、外周T細(xì)胞淋巴瘤、皮膚T細(xì)胞淋巴瘤）中高表達(dá)，因此已成為重要的治療靶點(diǎn)，已有抗CCR4單抗藥物（如Mogamulizumab）獲批上市。此外，CCR4還在過敏性炎癥（如哮喘、特應(yīng)性皮炎）中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。 | |
