Dectin（樹突狀細胞相關(guān) C 型凝集素），尤其是 Dectin-1，是免疫系統(tǒng)中一類至關(guān)重要的模式識別受體（PRR），屬于 C 型凝集素受體家族（CLR）。作為一種關(guān)鍵的 II 型跨膜蛋白，Dectin-1 是第一個被發(fā)現(xiàn)具有細胞內(nèi)信號傳導(dǎo)能力的非 TLR 模式識別受體，主要在巨噬細胞、中性粒細胞和樹突狀細胞等髓系免疫細胞表面表達。其通過其胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域特異性識別真菌細胞壁中獨有的β-葡聚糖（β-1,3 和β-1,6 葡聚糖），從而介導(dǎo)免疫細胞對真菌的結(jié)合、吞噬和殺傷，并誘導(dǎo)細胞因子和趨化因子的產(chǎn)生，啟動炎癥反應(yīng)。除了抗真菌，近年研究還發(fā)現(xiàn) Dectin-1 在識別分枝桿菌、調(diào)節(jié)自身免疫性疾?。ㄈ缪装Y性腸病、I 型糖尿?。┮约鞍┌Y免疫監(jiān)視中扮演了復(fù)雜且關(guān)鍵的角色。 |
