| DLL3 基因別名 SCDO1，其編碼的蛋白 DLL3 是一種跨膜蛋白，是 Notch 受體配體 Delta/Serrate/lag2（DSL）組的成員，在胚層的分離中，影響著體細(xì)胞邊界的形成。DLL3 基因突變會導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的體節(jié)發(fā)生異常和脊椎肋骨發(fā)育不全。DLL3 是一種高度腫瘤選擇性的細(xì)胞表面靶點，在正常肺癌組織及癌旁組織中不表達(dá)。DLL3 在多種腫瘤中表達(dá)上調(diào)，在小細(xì)胞肺癌、乳腺癌、垂體瘤、急性髓系白血病中有促癌作用，但在肝癌、神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤和惡性膠質(zhì)瘤中卻發(fā)揮了抑癌作用。 | |
