| CD98hc（SLC3A2）是溶質載體家族 3 成員 2 的基因，編碼一種Ⅱ型跨膜糖蛋白，作為 氨基酸轉運系統(tǒng)的重鏈，通過二硫鍵與 SLC7 家族輕鏈（如 LAT1、xCT）結合形成異二聚 體，介導 L 型氨基酸轉運及細胞內鈣水平調節(jié)。該基因在多種增殖活躍的細胞中高表達， 參與腫瘤發(fā)生、代謝調控和免疫反應。 在結腸癌、皮膚癌、胰腺癌等多種癌癥中過表達，通過促進氨基酸供給、激活 mTORC1 信號和整合素通路，驅動腫瘤細胞增殖、遷移及抗凋亡能力。在血腦屏障、胰島 β細胞中高表達，維持氨基酸穩(wěn)態(tài)和胰島素合成；在 T 細胞活化中上調，支持效應 T 細胞 分化；其 N-糖基化修飾（如 B3GNT3 催化）影響蛋白穩(wěn)定性及抗氧化能力，與胰島素抵抗、 2 型糖尿病相關。 |
