| I. Background | |
| VEGFA是血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子家族中最主要的成員，負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)控新生血管的形成。在多種實(shí)體瘤中，VEGFA往往過度表達(dá)，刺激大量新生血管長(zhǎng)入腫瘤，為其提供氧氣和營(yíng)養(yǎng)，從而促進(jìn)腫瘤的生長(zhǎng)與擴(kuò)散。臨床上，貝伐珠單抗等抗血管生成藥物通過抑制VEGFA的活性來切斷腫瘤的血供，達(dá)到抑制腫瘤的效果。 | |
