| I. Background | |
| GPA33（Glycoprotein A33）是一種細(xì)胞表面糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族（IgSF） 成員。GPA33 的胞外區(qū)包含免疫球蛋白樣結(jié)構(gòu)域，介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞間相互作用；胞內(nèi)區(qū)較短，可 能通過與其他信號(hào)分子相互作用傳遞信號(hào)。GPA33 最初在結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞中被發(fā)現(xiàn)，并在正常 結(jié)腸上皮細(xì)胞中也有表達(dá)。GPA33 因其在結(jié)直腸癌中的高表達(dá)和特異性，成為癌癥診斷和 治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。GPA33 的功能主要與細(xì)胞間相互作用、信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)和細(xì)胞粘附相關(guān)。它在 維持上皮細(xì)胞的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能中起重要作用，同時(shí)也參與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移。 | |
